If you wish to cancel your registration please do so in writing, so that we can offer your place to other interested students.  By cancellation 4 weeks before the start of the seminar the registration fee will be paid back in full, except for a €50 (and 25€ respectively) that will be kept as a processing fee. Your cancellation letter must include your bank details so that we can deposit your money into your account.

The organizers of this event will not take any responsibility for loss of, or damage to participants’ property.

The office for the meccanica feminale organizing team is on the Vaihingen campus of the University of Stuttgart, Pfaffenwaldring. The exact room can be found on our website. The office will be open during the spring school on the Wednesday 7.30h to 18.00h, then Thursday to Sunday 8.30h to 18.30h. Here you will be able to find all the documents you may need, as well as any further information.

A general declaration of participation from Netzwerk Frauen.Innovation.Technik in collaboration with the Furtwangen University will be presented to all participants. Students that fulfill the performance qualification standards from the courses can receive a qualification certificate for the recognition of their participation for the relevant courses in their respective universities. The demands from the students will be set by the lecturers in line with the generally accepted qualification standards. Prior to the event, participants will be informed of what the lecturers have set.

During the course, a child-minding service will be provided, for children from the age of 8 weeks. The costs are 10.- € per day per child. The registration for this should be made in advance.

During the meccanica feminale all lecturers and participants are entitled to meals from the MF-Cafeteria. This includes drinks, fruits and snacks (we sell at cost). Further catering facilities will be announced in the duration of the course.

For our participants we have affordable accommodation facilities. One of these is the Jugendherberge Stuttgart (http://stuttgart.jugendherberge-bw.de/das-sind-wir-s.htmlhttp://www.jugendherberge-villingen.de/) with limited space, so reservation will be necessary.

Registration for the Jugendherberge can be done directly through Netzwerk Frauen.Innovation.Technik on the registration form. For other hotels and holiday-homes in the area, enquiries can be made upon arrival. We recommend an early booking of accommodation.
